ParsePack ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at parsepack.com and provides the ParsePack service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
By using ParsePack, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google's authentication service.
Uploaded Documents
When you upload a document (PDF, image, or scan), it is stored temporarily in our secure storage so it can be processed by our AI extraction system. Documents are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted.
Extracted Data
The SKU, product name, quantity, and other fields extracted from your documents are stored in your account. This data is retained for as long as your account is active.
Payment Information
Payments are processed entirely by Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. We never receive, process, or store your credit card numbers or full payment details. We only receive confirmation of successful transactions and the associated credit amounts.
Usage Data
We collect basic usage data such as pages visited, features used, and error logs. This data is used to maintain and improve the Service.
